Nothing on this site — the filtered signals, the paper trades, the pricing tiers — is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. It is a mechanical filter applied to information that is already public, presented as-is.
No guarantee of results
Past filing patterns, past paper-trading performance, and any statistics shown on this site are not a promise about future results. Insiders buy stock for many reasons, and being correct about a company's prospects does not mean being correct about short-term price movement or timing. A filter that performed well over one period can perform poorly over another.
Paper trading limitations
Every position referenced on this site is held in a simulated Alpaca paper-trading account. Simulated fills occur at real market prices but do not reflect the slippage, partial fills, liquidity constraints, or execution costs that affect real trading. A strategy's simulated performance is not a reliable predictor of how it would perform with real capital.
Data sources and affiliation
Filing data is sourced directly from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's public EDGAR system. Market data (prices, volume, account information) is sourced from Alpaca Securities LLC's API. ZycaAlgo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the SEC, EDGAR, or Alpaca Securities LLC, and none of these organizations have reviewed or approved this site's methodology.
No live trading capability
The trading logic that powers this site is hard-coded to Alpaca's paper (simulated) trading endpoint. There is no live-trading endpoint anywhere in the codebase and no setting that enables one. See /methodology for the specifics of how this is enforced.
Third-party services
This site depends on infrastructure operated by third parties, including GitHub (code hosting and the scheduled scanning/trading job), Vercel (website hosting), and Alpaca Securities LLC (paper trading account and market data). ZycaAlgo does not control the uptime, accuracy, or continued availability of these services, and an outage in any of them can delay or prevent a scheduled scan or trade.
No sign-ups are currently processed
Every "Get started," "Start free trial," and pricing call-to-action on this site is currently a non-functional preview. No account is created, no payment method is collected or charged, and no email is stored when these buttons are clicked.
